Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026. This page explains what ALPAI records about you, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. What we collect
What you give us
- Your username and email address, which registration requires.
- Your name, country, phone number and address, if you fill them into your profile. These are optional today.
- Your password, which is stored hashed. Nobody at ALPAI can read it.
- The cryptocurrency addresses you ask us to pay withdrawals to.
- Anything you write in a support ticket, including files you attach.
What we record as you use the site
- Your IP address, browser and device at each sign-in, so you can see your own sign-in history and so we can spot someone else using your account.
- Every deposit, investment, payout, withdrawal and referral commission on your account.
- Which member invited you, and which members you invited.
- The website that sent you to us, if you arrived through a link somewhere else.
We do not ask for identity documents today. If that changes, this page will say what is collected and how long it is kept.
2. Why we hold it
- To run your account: to credit deposits, pay plans, and send withdrawals.
- To answer your tickets.
- To pay referral commission, which needs a record of who invited whom.
- To protect the site and other members from fraud and account takeover.
- To meet a legal obligation, where one applies to us.
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
3. Cryptocurrency and the blockchain
This one matters and people often miss it. A crypto payment is recorded on a public blockchain, which anybody can read and nobody can edit. Once we pay a withdrawal to your address, that payment is public for good, and neither we nor you can remove it. Deleting your ALPAI account does not and cannot remove it.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for the things the site cannot work without: keeping you signed in, protecting forms from cross-site request forgery, remembering your language, and remembering that you dismissed the cookie card. Your browser can block them, but signing in will stop working.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits. Analytics never sees your password, your balance or your addresses.
5. Who else sees it
- Our payment processor, which generates deposit addresses and sends withdrawals. It sees the payment and the addresses involved, and has its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, whose servers the site and its database run on.
- Our email provider, which delivers account email such as a password reset. It sees your email address and the message.
- A lawful authority, where we are legally required to hand something over.
That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
6. How long we keep it
Account and profile data is kept while your account is open. Financial records — deposits, investments, payouts, withdrawals and commission — are kept after an account closes, because they are the record of money that moved and we may be required to be able to produce it. Sign-in logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded. Support tickets are kept while they are useful for handling later questions.
7. What you can ask for
- A copy. The Account section of the member area exports your own data.
- A correction. Edit your profile, or open a ticket if a field is not editable.
- Deletion. Ask, and we will remove what we are not required to keep. Financial records stay, for the reason in section 6.
- An explanation. Open a ticket and ask what we hold about you.
Withdraw your balance before asking for deletion. We cannot pay out to a closed account.
8. Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed rather than stored, and two-factor authentication is available in your account settings — turning it on is the single most useful thing you can do to protect your balance. Administrative access is limited to the people who run the platform.
No site can promise it will never be breached. If a breach affects your data, we will say so on this site and by email.
9. Children
ALPAI is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly hold data about children, and an account we find belongs to one will be closed and its data deleted.
10. Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed. A change that meaningfully affects what we do with your data will be announced on the site.
11. Asking us about this
